Explosive armor has strong protection against jet flow,but the explosion of the interlayer explosive will make the panel backboard move at high speed,which is very easy to cause damage to the surrounding environment and armored vehicles.The main advantage of passive reactive armor is that the panel backplane cannot obtain higher speed,so the incidental damage to the surrounding environment is very small,but its protective performance is not as good as that of explosive reactive armor.In this paper,a new reactive armor with laminated explosive charge structure is designed to meet the conditions of partial explosion,and then it can achieve low collateral damage while disturbing the jet flow.By changing the incident angle,the thickness of the rubber interlayer and the number of charge layers,the rubber and thin-layer explosives are arranged alternately between the face plate and the back plate,and 4 kinds of single-layer explosive reactive armor and 5 kinds of double-layer explosive reactive armor are designed.,using ls-dyna software to analyze the phenomenon of partial explosion of laminated explosive charges in the above nine structural reactive armors under the action of jet penetration,so as to study the explosion mechanism of the explosive layer and the velocity of the cladding plate.And compared with the test results,the conclusions are as follows:(1)When the reactive armor structure is a single-layer explosive,rubber can be used to restrain the detonation of the explosive layer to control the detonation energy when the reactive armor explodes.When the reactive armor structure is a double-layer explosive,you can use The method of increasing the thickness of the rubber interlayer between the two layers of explosives controls the detonation energy when the reactive armor explodes.(2)In the single-layer explosive reactive armor,the panel/explosive/rubber/back plate structure reactive armor performed well,and the speed of the cladding plate was 71.3% lower than that of the panel/explosive/back plate structure reactive armor,and the protection ability against jet flow Compared with the rubber composite armor of the same thickness,it is 54.5%higher.(3)The panel/rubber/dynamite/3mm rubber/dynamite/rubber/back plate structure reactive armor performed well in the double-layer explosive reactive armor,and its cladding plate speed is faster than that of the panel/rubber/dynamite/1mm rubber/dynamite/back plate The plate structure reactive armor decreased by 89.6%,and the jet protection ability increased by 66.7% compared with the rubber composite armor of the same thickness.The research results provide a reference for the application of laminated charge reactive armor.
