At present,in the process of project schedule management,the management methods which the construction enterprises in our country adopted are relatively backward.In order to win the bid,construction enterprises often deliberately design the plane to short duration and low cost in the bidding stage,and the merchant’s profit nature,prompted the construction enterprise constantly changes,in order to get enough economic interests.In such an environment,not only the interests of the owners are serious losses,the corresponding of construction enterprise are reputation suffers,the brand image of construction enterprise is also impossible,"lose-lose" on both sides.Therefore,in the different stages of the construction,how to strictly control the construction progress,ensure the normal and systematic operation of the building project,that is a key issue for the construction industry to carry out construction projects.This paper expounds the project schedule management from two perspectives:theory and practice.The part of literature review,theoretical basis in this paper,the specific combination of literature knowledge,the summary of knowledge of project schedule management,the respectively introduces of whole process of project cost management and the content of project progress management,which are the theoretical basis in this paper.In order to verify the following practical part,we will analysis and summarize the factors influencing the cost of the project.Finally,according to the construction of FW building construction project as an example,in order to test and analysis the project management process of FW building construction progress,i am using a variety of methods,such as the milestones,gantt chart,earned value method and other methods for quantitative analysis,and points out the main problems of FW building construction project progress management,provide a reference for construction enterprises to implement the project schedule management. |
