With social and economical development,many construction projects are constantly adjusting and reforming to adapt to the tight schedule and heavy tasks.Rounded and effective management system should be established if we want to accomplish project cost and Planning objectives.Through using the scientific management methods to enhance the study of reduce the expenses and increase efficiency?Then,we should use this way in the actual projects.The W project of TN Company has a lot of cross-operation tasks.in the meantime,the project onstruction period is very nervous,and the cost control is very hard.so it is very important to find the way to complete the cost and progress target.Moreover,how to bring about effective management and cut down the engineering cost while achieving the construction goal is of great realistic meaning.Before the research study,I had a deep understanding of the project management problem through reading a great many of of document and scientific theories.After studying the work tasks of the project,use the some relevant date to arrange the a progress plan.we shuold use the schedule to control the speed of the project work and ajust the schedule according to the scene.advance the solution of the issues,which affect the rate like improper organization of site operation and low efficiency.At the same time,perfecting the organization,augment the construction technology disclose,to guarantee the resource supply.In the course of project implementation,we have to focus the attention of the trends management of construction to finish the work of construction period goal on time.At the end of the analysis of the present situation of expenses management,and discover questions for instance incorrect expenses analysis and hysteresis expenses check computation,neglecting the relationship between schedule and cost and so on during the implementation.Counterring the iussue reside in the spend management of the W item of TN corporation,this article suggest terms of settlement from the side of expenses planning,cost check computation,expenses analysis and cost regulate.In the end,in the light of the exist issues in the coordination of TN Company's W item speed of progress and expenses,this article establish the model by adopting earned value method,proposes effective solutions,put into effect,and guarantees the accomplishment of schedule and cost target by collecting the actual datas of cost andn the process of accomplish,control the speed of progress,use the earned value method to find out the cause for error.This article propose a lot of solutions about the issue of management after analysis the situation,and advise some idea according to the questions to guarantee the same problems would not occur as much as possible in the future.Through the case study,a deep understanding of schedule and cost management are brought out,which could help us to have a better management of project in the future.
