Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,a large number of super high-rise building projects have been developed and constructed at home and abroad,constantly refreshing the skyline to new heights.However,super high-rise building projects are generally large in scale,complex in structure,difficult in construction and difficult in collaborative management,which increases the difficulty of project management,especially to the super high-rise building project schedule management has brought great risks and challenges,a little attention will lead to schedule delay.The progress of the traditional management method is unitary,adopting the gantt chart and key lines,a single schedule management methods on the one hand,there are correlation between schedule and actual progress and timely issues such as dynamic tracing,on the other hand,the progress and cost management individually,also cannot reflect the tall building project schedule and cost is relatively complex and mutual restriction relationship between,It has become an urgent problem to find an innovative management and control concept to ensure the smooth delivery and use of super high-rise building projects.This paper takes the X super high-rise building project of Z Real Estate in Jinan as the specific research object.Through consulting the existing domestic and foreign literature,and under the guidance of referring to and drawing on the basis and theories of concerned research results of domestic and foreign experts,the research direction and thinking are clarified.Firstly,it introduces the general situation and progress management status of X super high-rise building project,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Secondly,it expounds the theories related to BIM technology.Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology is a model Building tool with the characteristics of visualization and dynamic.It can model and simulate construction by integrating various data and Information of the project.It has been applied in schedule management to solve the problems of unreasonable schedule preparation and untimely dynamic tracking.Then,the feasibility of BIM application in super high-rise building projects is analyzed,and the implementation path of super high-rise building project progress management based on BIM technology is proposed.The 4DBIM model is created according to the process,and the construction of X super high-rise building project is simulated,the progress plan and resource plan are improved,and the construction progress is tracked and monitored dynamically.The earned value theory related contents of introduction of detailed,earned value method as a kind of progress-cost integrated management method,which has been widely applied in the progress management,but in the tall building project schedule management has not been popularized,the earned value method is introduced into the tall building project schedule control,the comprehensive measure cost and schedule,cost analysis of correspondence between the cost and schedule implementation situation,Effectively solve the problem of blindly considering schedule cost overruns and schedule delays.Finally,create the earned value method in the progress management process of X super high-rise building project,calculate and analyze the earned value from the earthwork clearing table to the main construction(plus or minus zero)stage of the project,put forward targeted corrective measures,and improve the progress control process.In Z Real Estate Jinan X super tall building project schedule management,combined BIM technology and earned value method for further study,improve the project progress plan,and a substantial increase in the project of the underground foundation and main body construction schedule management work efficiency,the late Z real estate jinan X super-tall building project schedule management play a positive role.In the meantime,it can be used for reference for the progress of the research on super high-rise building project progress management.
