| With the rapid development of information technology, the situation of water conservancy project construction phase is becoming more and more complex, and the difficulty of cost and schedule control is also becoming more and more difficult, which directly affects the economic benefits and competitiveness of enterprises.Currently, the earned value method is usually used to correlate cost and schedule in the construction process of traditional hydraulic engineering projects, but this method can only judge whether the project cost overruns and schedule delays, and cannot measure the impact of cost overruns and schedule delays on the project, nor can it measure the size of the project cost and schedule risks. Therefore, this paper aims to introduce the concept of buffer zone, improve earned value method by combining earned value method with buffer zone, and introduce BIM technology to effectively control the cost and progress of hydraulic engineering projects. The traditional earned value method is difficult to collect data, complicated to calculate and other limitations, can not meet the needs of project management. Therefore, this paper aims to solve these problems by introducing BIM technology, and improve earned value analysis method to better control the cost and schedule of hydraulic engineering projects. The objective of this study is to effectively combine the improved earned value method with BIM technology to control the cost and schedule of hydraulic engineering projects.Specifically, this paper proposes an improved earned value management method based on BIM technology.By associating project cost and schedule with WBS,a 5DBIM model is established. With the advantage of BIM technology in cost and schedule management, earned value parameters, cumulative buffer zone and dynamic warning indicators of each monitoring point can be quickly and accurately obtained,so as to judge the risk situation of monitoring points and make timely adjustments. The method in this paper mainly includes the following steps: firstly, the process safety cost and safety time are determined, then the cumulative cost buffer and cumulative time buffer of the project are calculated, and then combined with the earned value method, the dynamic warning index of cost and time is obtained.Through the analysis of dynamic warning indicators,we can judge whether there is risk in the project and take timely remedial measures. At the same time, the introduction of BIM technology and according to the improved earned value management process and the construction principle of BIM model, the cost and schedule can be effectively controlled. The main conclusion of this study is that by combining buffer and earned value method, and introducing BIM technology, the earned value management method is successfully improved, and the cost and schedule of hydraulic engineering projects are effectively controlled.By establishing 5DBIM model and analyzing risk early warning indicators of monitoring points, the completion of cost and schedule of hydraulic engineering projects and the size of risks can be accurately understood. This study verifies the rationality and feasibility of the proposed method. In this paper, the buffer zone and earned value method are combined, and BIM technology is introduced to solve the difficulties of traditional earned value method in data collection and calculation, and improve the control ability of project cost and schedule.Through the improved earned value management method and the application of BIM technology, the risk of project cost and schedule can be more accurately assessed, providing managers with timely decision basis,so as to improve the economic benefits and competitiveness of the project. This research result has important theoretical significance and practical value for strengthening the management in the process of project construction and improving the level of cost and schedule control, and lays a foundation for future related research and application. |
