| Cooperation and control of all aspects of product design,process and manufacturing,and management of whole 3D development are realized in the integrated system of digital design and manufacturing based on MBD technology.This paper takes the buffer and its parts as the object to carry out three dimensional annotation,process design and simulation.Firstly,the architecture and main modules of the integrated system of digital design and manufacturing were expounded.The main functions and design process of product digital design and manufacturing integrated system were researched.Then,according to the standard model and standard system based on MBD,combined with 3D modeling software,the buffer model was established,and locking cap of buffer was dimensioned in 3D environment.Secondly,in simulation and optimization system,the optimal design of throttle rod,an important working part of the hydraulic buffer was carried out.The hydraulic buffer force mathematical model and optimization model were built,with throttle rod dimension parameters as design variables,average reduction speed and maximum buffer stroke in buffering process as objective function.The optimal design for size of throttle rod was sought by using the multi Island genetic algorithm.Thirdly,the flow of assembly process design and simulation was analyzed.Based on the reconfigured MBOM,the assembly process was designed.Then,structured process data model was established,and rationality of process simulation analysis was carried out.Taking buffer as an example,process content was programmed,parts of the buffer were allocated,and process simulation was verified in the process simulation tool.Finally,according to the analysis of the design and simulation of machining process,composition of part process model based on MBD was described,intermediate process model was created so as to construct the process model,part structured process model was created.And simulation flow of NC machining process is summarized.The MBD process models of locking cap were created by reverse generation method,which were related to all processes.Based on part manufacturing model which was created in machining simulation tool,the machining path and material removal were simulated. |
