Based on the parallel and collaborative development of provincial key underwater equipment products based on MBD technology as the pilot,this paper carries out the research on the digital design and manufacturing development methods in the field of advanced manufacturing,and adopts the annotation information management and processing technology research based on the product MBD model to realize the parallel and complex interaction of various stages,disciplines and systems in the process of product design and development.Thus shorten the development cycle,reduce the cost of research and development,improve quality.The parallel and collaborative technology research and application of underwater equipment based on MBD will accelerate the application of digital,networked and intelligent technologies in the manufacturing sector,and promote the efficiency and quality reform of manufacturing product research and development.This paper focuses on the analysis of the major changes MBD technology brings to the contemporary design and manufacturing field from two aspects,the main aspects are:(1)This paper focuses on the problems such as incomplete notation,tedious procedure and simple management of annotation information in the current commonly used 3D model annotation software when annotating complex parts,as well as the integrity of MBD model information under the current production design and processing mode.On the basis of NX12.0version as the development platform,with Visual Studio2015 as the development tool,the use of C/C++ programming language secondary development of NX software PMI module,development of three-dimensional model labeling system,using MBD technology to complete the three-dimensional model information labeling and labeling information management.And the NX some functions of NX software itself,with the help of development functions,taking double gear as an example,the PMI information and BOM information of the 3D model,as well as all other MBD model information,are published in PDF format,and all the information of the 3D model is displayed in the form of digital modules.(2)As a typical complex model,the design,processing and manufacturing of 3D models of underwater equipment are particularly complex,and the number of 3D models is also various.How to effectively extract the features of these models can greatly improve the efficiency of design and production.This paper studies the processing technology based on MBD model,starting from the feature extraction technology of 3D models.This paper analyzes the disadvantages of existing technologies in processing complex models.Based on the previous research results,it focuses on the advantages of shape feature extraction in processing threedimensional models and its disadvantages in processing complex three-dimensional models.On the basis of shape feature extraction algorithm,a feature extraction algorithm based on normal vector is proposed by analyzing the Angle of sampling point normal vector.The advantages of shape feature extraction algorithm can be used reasonably,and the disadvantages of shape feature extraction algorithm can be avoided to some extent.
