| At present,domestic and foreign large equipment manufacturing enterprises in the rapid development of digital technology,3D design technology has been widely used,based MBD design and manufacture of integrated management systems to provide enterprises with a set of product design data,process,resource and equipment production line layout for the integrated management platform that allows product development staff work together to improve work efficiency and quality.In this paper,the design of diesel engine technology,for example,to present based on Siemens NX and Teamcenter platform,the completion of the planning and implementation of manufacturing process design system based on MBD,can effectively improve the design efficiency and quality of diesel engine technology,the main research contents are as follows:First,research and analysis of the design process MBD status quo of the existing technology,combined with the research background,based on Siemens’ NX and Teamcenter platform to diesel power system process design,for example,to complete the entire process is based on three-dimensional of MBD overall design system scheme;Second,optimization of business processes and calendars current business process design methods were studied and analyzed on the basis of a complete business process modeling based MBD 3D process design system,a detailed analysis of the current business process design problems in business processes and technology-based MBD complete optimized its business processes;Third,three-dimensional process design methods were studied,in the conventional three-dimensional process design techniques and methods,based on the diesel engine manufacturing process design,for example,completed the structural design of BOP,and gives the definition of PBOM based MBD complete tooling based MBD model parts process and assembly process design.Finally,diesel engine manufacturing process design as an example,this paper built on MBD process design system implementation and application of the system of data navigation,multi-structure manager,manufacturing process planner,NX integrated environment,three-dimensional visualization realization other specific embodiments have been described,based on the system completes the creation of diesel power system technology,process definition,detailed design and simulation process,given the specific three-dimensional work instructions production,particularly digital inspection process of realization implementation process,analyzed the effect of its implementation,through the system can effectively improve the efficiency and quality of the design process of the diesel engine,providing a highly integrated 3D visualization technology design environment for process design. |
