In the process of promoting the shift from great manufacturing nation to powerful manufacturing nation, advanced manufacturing technology is the key to ensure realize the strategic goal of China’s manufacturing 2025. Integration technology of digital design and manufacturing is not only the foundation of the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry, but also the driving force of the development of advanced manufacturing industry, which plays an important role in the development cycle of manufacturing industry. Through researches on the digital integration technology of production practice and related industry development present situation, a series of problems are found in the process of using the technology of digital integrated, which restricts the industry development from different aspects.Exploring these issues information and cracking the problems is becoming a key step in a certain management platform and resource scope to realize the breakthroughs of advanced manufacturing technology and industrial development. Hence, based on the modular theory research, this paper proposes six service modules which relate digital manufacturing, and constructs the fault diagnosis industrial oriented to the digital design and manufacturing integrated technology, which could make fault diagnosis and clear through coordinating the information and resources provided by the industry service modules.Firstly, the application present situation of integration technology in digital manufacturing is analyzed, and the general influencing factors is teased. On the basis of the scientific definition to the fault diagnosis industry, combing the theory of modular service and the determination to module selection principle, the modules are constructed from the each aspect which has influence to the development of integration technology for digital manufacturing. At the same time, based on the background and the interests demand of each module, corresponding coordination mechanism is established to ensure the modules in the industry always organize resources and distribute benefit centered on the strategic target of fault diagnosis industry, which is hoped to keep the stability of the industry structure and the perfect function.Secondly, the structure model of fault diagnosis industry based on information fusion is established by referencing the methods application of information fusion method in the field of engineering technology. According to the structure model, theapplication system of integration technology to digital manufacturing industry and the information resources development of fault diagnosis are analyzed in order to obtain enough fault information and resource information. After the fusion analysis and decision optimization of information resource in the information resource processing center of fault diagnosis industry, the fault diagnosis and resource allocation is accomplished, which could realize the fault clearing for the implementation system of digital manufacturing technology.Finally, this paper introduces the life cycle of fault diagnosis process and put forward the life cycle and information resources coordinated process model of information resources cooperative. Under the background of information resource management theory, the basis of the information resource collaborative is analyzed, and the collaborative process standards are set out according to the model of collaborative process. At last three key links in the collaborative process are chosen to study its optimization and control.
