Research On Project Management Process Reengineering Of RB Construction Enterprise Based On Cost Control

With the development of China in recent years to increase domestic construction,have emerged in the country are a lot of projects.Especially since 2008,China's domestic construction projects is already everywhere.In recent years,China's project is stimulating domestic demand,improve infrastructure,and a key step towards a mature country.On the other hand,almost to our intensive course of our various industries to further increase the standard control efforts,the market has become increasingly open area in the intensive development and market development of society,the use of scientific methods have become the future survival of key industries.However,the implementation of many projects in the country at present is indeed far from satisfactory,especially small and medium sized construction units.Under the gradual market trends,cost control project has been the construction of many small and medium enterprises need to be solved.Therefore,how to process re-engineering project is the future survival of many construction companies were the key on the basis of cost control.Based on construction enterprise project cost control process reengineering,process reengineering theory is based,in accordance with the principle of the whole process reengineering,objectives principle,the principle of customers,quality principles,combined with the system of project management theory and decision theory,through the project flow analysis to identify process problems,for issues of cost control process based on recycling.Reengineering processes for the company's current situation and the proposed restructuring process reengineering.In this paper,by analyzing the process framework RB company's original project,can be summed up in this process there are more deficiencies,mainly no concept of life-cycle cost control;small cross and communication between departments,the project is too independent,etc.,cost'controls remain in event processing level,reach the effect of cost control;there is no key to achieving cost control work flow process;cost control measures to guarantee the process is inadequate.To solve the RB company's enterprises are facing cost control processes in many problems,there is a need for cost-based control of process reengineering,to establish a scientific,applied,comprehensive new cost control processes to achieve full cost control of the business,focusing on costs control and optimize the efficiency of the process.In the paper,we analyze the RB company's current processes,while the use of scientific methods to project construction projects in various stages of process reengineering,also put forward the corresponding measures to protect BPR to achieve to solve the company's current process problems arise improve the efficiency of project management company.
