ZBS company mainly carries out tobacco enterprise infrastructure construction or renovation,indoor and outdoor decoration,The construction of production equipment assembly line,environment greening and landscaping renovation/upgrading,road greening within the region and other urban renovation projects.ZBS company won the bid for a large number of construction projects,but the construction conditions are difficult,and once the project started construction,employees have few days off,and the income compared with their pay is relatively low,so resulting in the construction project staff mobility is strong.In addition,the financial work of the project must also be carried out in the construction environment with tough conditions,and most of the financial staff are female,so the financial staff has stronger mobility.But beyond that,financial staff are relatively conservative.They are reluctant to impart financial knowledge to new employees for their own occupational safety.The existence of these problems makes the accounting of most construction projects of ZBS company in a state of chaos and extensive management all the time.The financial staff just simply collects the costs and expenses and fails to fulfill the financial management responsibilities.This paper constructs the construction project accounting system of ZBS company,and expounds the improvement plan and measures.This article applies project construction accounting system theory,enterprise financial process reengineering theory,project financial cost control theory to discuss the establishment of construction project accounting system,to optimize the financial accounting process,accurate calculation/control project cost,and focus on the analysis of the problems of accounting system,finally,a systematic process and the standard form are designed.To the cost of the project,Truly make the budget before the commencement of the project,carry out strict control in the construction process,and make analysis after the completion of the work,to reduce the cost,and improve the work efficiency of management.
