Cost Control Study Of Assembly Construction Project Under EPC Mode

Under the strong advocacy of the government,our country has set up the prefabricated construction industry base and the prefabricated construction pilot city,and has issued many supporting policies,although it has been strongly supported by the government.But in the process of actual development,it is still affected by various factors.Therefore,we urgently need to carry on the management innovation to the prefabricated construction project.EPC,the abbreviation of general contracting,is a unified management method for contracted projects from design to procurement to construction.At the same time,the construction cost of prefabricated construction project can be controlled well.Combining the cost control and EPC mode of prefabricated construction project is not only in line with the national policy on prefabricated construction,but also the future development direction of prefabricated construction industry.By means of literature review,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,this paper studies the cost control of assembly construction project under EPC mode,from the construction of evaluation index system to the final realization of the systematic analysis method of cost control research of assembly construction project under EPC mode.This article mainly completes the following work:(1)This paper discusses the background and significance of cost control of assembly construction project under the EPC model,and finds out the weakness of current research.Through a lot of literature research,this paper explains the related theories of EPC mode,prefabricated building and prefabricated building cost control,and compares EPC mode with traditional management mode,prefabricated technology and traditional cast-in-place technology,and analyzes the characteristics of EPC mode and prefabricated building cost control.(2)According to the work contents and characteristics of each stage of the assembly construction project under the EPC mode,the most important influencing factors of each stage are determined,which provides the theoretical basis for the cost control research of the assembly construction project under the EPC mode of this paper,and obtains the corresponding evaluation situation.(3)The evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are constructed by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to control the cost of assembly construction project under EPC mode.(4)Taking the cost control of XSWYHY assembly construction project as an example,the cost control analysis is carried out,and the empirical analysis of the project is carried out by using the established cost control evaluation model.(5)On the basis of XSWYHY cost control theory such as quota design,the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the cost control level of assembly construction project under EPC mode.To sum up,this paper studies the cost control of assembly construction project in EPC mode,and the research conclusion provides new ideas and methods for improving the cost control level of assembly construction project in EPC mode.
