| Construction process reengineering in the process of building construction, refers to the integration and optimization of resources, construction enterprises in order of a specific construction process of the organization, in order to achieve the target of "cost reduction, speed up the progress, quality, safety assurance". At present, the construction enterprises in the decoration and the installation phase, due to the design and management of the construction process is not reasonable, labor, materials, machinery and equipment consumption and waste, the construction efficiency is reduced, the construction cost increases, schedule,construction to extend the task cannot be completed according to plan. In the decoration andinstallation stage, the construction process is complex, the construction team, parallel, cross operation, operation time and space influence each other, frequent work time and resource conflict and idle phenomenon. The construction process of decoration and the installation phase of the process reengineering, has a practical significance to improve the production efficiency of construction of construction enterprise.In this paper, based on the principle of combination of process reengineering, the latitude and longitude of the garden project of China Railway 12th Bureau of case analysis and through to the decoration and installation stage before optimization and after the optimization and improvement of the construction process,the construction process cost, schedule, quality,safety, analysis and comparison of the measured data, the qualitative and quantitativeanalysis and theoretical analysis, in order to seek the construction process adjustment scheme of reasonable and feasible, and analysis feasibility stage decoration and installationof process optimization of the factors and implementation, to facilitate the constructionenterprise construction procedure arrangement more reasonable effective. |
