| Construction enterprises provide a large number of jobs for Our country,constantly promote the development of marketization process,is an important national pillar of Our country.But with the constant progress of the standard of science and technology,construction enterprises in the project cost management obviously lags behind the pace of social development.Therefore,the study of financial sharing mode and the organic integration of project cost management will help construction enterprises to achieve steady and long term.It is hoped that this study can enhance the ability of construction enterprises to control the project department and improve the level of cost management.To provide reference for the majority of construction enterprises.This thesis takes Z Company as the research object,adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method to study the existing problems in project cost management of construction enterprises.Based on the theory of financial sharing,the theory of project cost management and the theory of process reengineering,the present situation of project cost management of Z Company was investigated,and it was found that Z Company had deficiencies in responsibility cost management system,cost budget,cost control and cost assessment,and the corresponding reasons were found out.Address these matters and causes,the project cost management process in the financial sharing center is constructed,the implementation path is clear,and the process design idea of the bottom-up and top-down combination of budget preparation,the unified management of funds,materials and equipment by the headquarters of the company,and the quantitative performance assessment of all staff is put forward.According to the design idea of cost management process,the organizational structure of Z company was adjusted and the business process of each link was reshaped.In order to ensure the organic integration of financial sharing center and project cost management,the corresponding implementation countermeasure is provided from the following three aspects: personnel allocation,improvement of project responsibility cost management system and optimization of information system.Through the above research,it is found that it is very necessary for construction enterprises to implement financial sharing.By standardizing business processes,it can improve the management and control ability of corporate headquarters,eliminate information islands,and promote the implementation of responsibility of each key point. |
