The automobile market competition are stepping up with the acceleration development of world economic integration, Almost each big domestic car company are speeding up product development and making it on the market to win the advantage, which is pressing for automobile factory and production line can also be construction as early as possible, and the requirement of automobile factory survey and design company is also more and more high, and the competition is also becoming more cruel in the field of car factory survey and design industry. As a basis of construction, Car factory construction drawings directly affects the quality of the construction of the project, the design company competitiveness, market reputation, customer satisfaction, and whether the design company can better survival and development or not. The process of the Car factory survey and design company starts from users entrust to the end of construction drawing delivery plays a key role to construction quality, construction drawing design process is reasonable and directly affects the quality of the construction drawing, design cycle and so on. Also, the promulgation and updates of the relevant national laws, regulations and standards, new technologies such as digitalization and informatization, the difference of the users’ requirements, etc. All of these are pressing for automobile factory survey and design enterprises pay more attention to users’ requirements and construction drawing design process, accordingly begin to the business process reengineering research and practice to enhance competitiveness in order to adapt to the market, especially for the enterprise with the continuation of a functional management which is influenced by the traditional planned economic system. In the field of survey and design at home and abroad at present, however, there is few research about construction drawing design process reengineering of the car factory survey and design enterprise, there are still more or less design changes, tardiness, low quality of the construction drawings in the domestic automobile factory survey and design enterprises which users are not satisfied with.Based on the above reasons, this paper carried on the thorough research of the construction drawing design process reengineering of CJXJY company in the field of car factory survey and design industry, and before that the company did not have systematic and intuitive construction drawing design process flow chart. This paper firstlystudied the theories and methods of the construction drawing design process reengineering, and then collected the information about the design of construction drawing with the questionnaire method, combed department’s responsibilities, design process characteristics which related the construction drawing design process, descripted construction drawing design process drawing with the flow chart method, inductively gathered statistics of the existing problems and analyzed the reasons, thus deeply understood the present situation of construction drawing design process.In this paper, with the research and application of the process reengineering theory and method, it determined the process reengineering principle, formed the process reengineering team, diagnosed the construction drawing design process, researched and reinvented the construction drawing design process after synthetically considered national policy, the user demand, car factory preliminary design characteristics, and the reconstituted process is verified with project A as a carrier. By research of the application of the reconstituted construction drawing design process in project A, it found that the construction drawing design progress and quality improved significantly, the time of the project team response to user demand and design changes were greatly reduced, users were more satisfied for construction quality and project team service in project A compared with the similar project. Construction drawing design process of reengineering was corrected and improved furtherly with a problem was solved. The results showed that the performance of the construction drawing design process was improved obviously after reengineering.This paper finally completed scientific reengineering of construction drawing design process of CJXJY company, which has important realistic meaning for CJXJY company, on the one hand, it improves the performance of construction drawing design process and user satisfaction, and accumulates experience for CJXJY company other key business processes to improve or rebuild in the future; On the other hand, the theories and methods of process reengineering which were researched and applied in this paper have a certain reference function for the other enterprises in the field of the same industry, will also help to improve the quality of industry construction projects, and produce some social and economic benefits.
