Research On The Improvement Of Rural Human Settlement Environment In Yuanyi Town, Liangping District

The improvement of the rural human settlement environment is an important part of the rural revitalization plan,a continuation of the construction of a new socialist countryside,and an important way to improve the material and spiritual living standards of people in rural areas.Improving the rural living environment not only improves the quality of life of farmers,but also improves the appearance of the countryside,it also plays a role in attracting and retaining people,pooling manpower,material and financial resources,and attracting migrant workers to return to work,Entrepreneurship.This article mainly analyzes the existing literature,issues questionnaires to villagers,interviews with villagers and village cadres,etc.to do the development,implementation,problems encountered and follow-up work of the rural residential environment improvement in Yuanyi town Research.The rural human settlement environment in Yuanyi town,on the one hand,carried out sewage treatment,production and domestic waste treatment,agricultural non-point source pollution treatment,carried out greening and lighting projects,promoted infrastructure construction,extensive publicity and other work,on the other hand,formulated rural people Rules for scoring assessment of residential environment improvement.According to the results of the survey,the current rural residents' awareness and participation in the improvement of the rural residential environment was analyzed.It was found that there are still some problems,mainly because the farmers have insufficient understanding of the policy,and the farmers' subjective consciousness needs to be strengthened.The environment Insufficient funds for governance;and the reasons for these problems are discussed,mainly because the policy propaganda is in place but not people,farmers have not fully exerted the subjective consciousness,the level of economic development is limited and the source of funds is single.According to the current situation,I finally put forward several suggestions.They are to deepen and refine the publicity to ensure that the policy can penetrate the hearts of the people;develop a diversified subject,build a service-oriented government,enhance the organization and integrity of the peasant masses,and enhance the subject awareness of the peasant masses;Open source and reduce expenditures,attracting funds through multiple channels under the premise of protecting the environment,scientifically planning the use of funds,and improving the efficiency of capital utilization;creating a demonstration point for a good rural residential environment to form a herd effect,thereby driving the development of other regions and providing experience for them.
