The Management Of The New Rural Ecological Environment In Wenzhou City

t is realistic to establish new rural ecological environment to appeal to the Party and the country, to develop rural economy, enrich rural cultures and stabilize rural societies. Poor rural development and low quality of farmers have hindered our economic development at the cost of energy consumption and environmental pollution, which leads to the serious environmental issues in rural areas. Since rural areas concerns social stability and foundation of the country, the Party must adopt improvement measures to stop spreading and deterioration of rural environmental pollutions and provide a healthy social environment for the public, ultimately to remove urban and rural binary contradictions and promote establishment of socialist new rural areas and a moderately prosperous society.This paper analyzed related content of environmental management in new rural areas of our country and explained concepts and objectives of ecological environment in new rural areas. It also analysis the factors affecting the rural ecological environmental problems which contained historical reasons,the quality of the people, economic development, environmental governance of nation and the rule of law and other aspects.at the same time, we summarized ecological environmental protection and treatment activities and studied the influential factors for ecological environment in the urban based on current conditions of new rural ecological environment governance in Wenzhou. We thought there were two factors of the rural ecological environment. One was government policy and the other was the rural farmers.It introduced the treatment conditions in Qingjiang town, Wenzhou, which is located in the mid of Yueqing city with its west surrounded by mountains and east near Yueqing Bay, as a typical harbor industrial town in eastern coastal areas. Since the problems in the process of environmental management and achievements are representative, the author put forward some suggestions for ecological environmental treatment in new rural areas according to the experience of Qingjiang town.
