Since the reform and opening up,China's steel industry has been in a rapid development trend.There is no doubt that China has become a major producer of steel products in the world.However,in recent years,China's steel industry's production capacity is greater than market demand,steel producers are facing more intense domestic and international market competition.At the same time,the consumption structure and form of steel are also changing.The development direction and marketing model of steel trade are inevitably slowly evolving.This paper takes S steel pipe company as the research object.Firstly,the basic situation of S steel pipe company is described.Secondly,analyze the steel industry and the domestic and international macro environment where the company is located.At the same time,the Porter Five Force model is used to analyze the current situation of the enterprise from five different Competitive environment;then use SWOT analysis to analyze the company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats;finally,use STP and 4P related theory to find out the problems of S steel pipe company's export business in the Middle East market,find the problems and propose the feasible solutions.I have come up with the suggestion that S Steel Tube S steel pipe company should strengthen brand management,increase product categories,adopt channel combination strategies and strengthen product promotion to further expand the eastern market.The problems faced by S Steel Pipe Company in the process of internationalization are also the problems faced by most steel pipe enterprises in export.Therefore,I hope that through the research of this article,I can provide some suggestions and opinions for small and medium-sized steel pipe companies similar to S Steel Pipe Company.
