XG Research Institute Staff Training Design

The transportation development planning of Shaanxi province shows that the total traffic mileage will be more than 6000 km by 2020,XG research institute is facing a rare historical development opportunity,at the same time,the ability of XG research institute is far away from the target.As a old state-owned enterprises of Shaanxi in research institute industry,XG research institute has completed the enterprise transformation,but the project management model is unsustainable,the organization structure,operation mode and mechanism system already isn't adapt to the fierce market competition,based on the research ability,XG research institute has achieved a good result,However,the "human" has become the top priority of the next development of XG research institute.Therefore,the design of personnel training system based on strategy is extremely urgent.Based on the comprehensive analysis and structural analysis of the staff training system of XG research institute,this paper is to find the existing problems and propose solutions.Taking the XG institute as the research object,the integrated use of the method of literature study,investigation and summarizing,always adhere to the "ask questions-analysis problem-problem solving" the basic train of thought,and describe the present situation of XG research institute,the condition of human resources,then put forward the existing problems at present XG institute staff training system and the deep-seated reasons behind.According to the questions,we redesign the staff training system,and put forward the corresponding target,principle and design idea,in combination with working practice,and corresponding security measures of XG institute staff training system,including: the change of management concept and support,public relations,architecture,system support and maintenance employees propaganda and communication from four aspects.
