Tobacco industry is facing a sharp change,on one hand,many foreign tobacco group has looked at the Chinese market,on the other hand,domestic social economic trend downward pressure.Tobacco commercial enterprise has stood in the forefront.At the same time,the tobacco industry still is the main source of national and local fiscal revenue at present even in the very long period of time,is the most important growth point of social and economic development,it plays an important role in the national economy.How to exercise their functions and play to the role of first army of the good economic development is the problem to be solved.After investigation of tobacco commercial enterprise in F tobacco company.According to the demand level theory,fair theory,learning organization theory and human capital theory,and using a scientific method,then found the following questions,the deficiency of the importance of human resource training,lack of systematic training,and training object of the single,teachers’ teaching quality is poor and training funds use does not reach the designated position.And then,has carried on a profound analysis to the causes of these problems.On this foundation,proposed establishing scientific and efficient human resource training system,and the training system should include the organization system,institution system,curriculum system,evaluation system and late tracking system under the guidance of the principle of practical,long-term and forward-looking.In this way construct a set of standardized,scientific and systematic process,to ensure that employees get improve knowledge and skills,promote enterprise benign operation Suggestions.As a commercial enterprise,F tobacco company have typicality,the research results have a certain significance to other enterprises.
