Research On The Safety Of Coastal Tourism In Shandong Province Based On The Content Analysis Method

In recent years,the coastal tourism industry has developed rapidly,becoming a new tourism consumption hot spot.With the continuous development of coastal tourism,more and more attention is paid to the safety of coastal tourism destinations.Shandong Province is rich in coastal tourism resources,and coastal tourism is developing rapidly.However,coastal tourism has the characteristics of being heavily influenced by natural factors,strong seasonality,heavy accident casualties,and difficult rescue,etc.,and there are large hidden safety risks.The frequent occurrence of coastal tourism security incidents in Shandong Province has also negatively affected its overall image.Based on this,this article takes the coastal tourism security incidents in Shandong Province reported by the media from 2009 to 2018 as the research object,introduces the content analysis method to reveal the rules and characteristics of coastal tourism security incidents in Shandong Province,and puts forward specific measures for the reasons of the analyzed security incidents,with a view to providing suggestions for improving the safety level of coastal tourism in Shandong Province.First of all,through the collation and summary of related research on tourism safety and coastal tourism safety,defines four important concepts of coastal tourism,tourism safety,coastal tourism safety and coastal tourism safety management.It also introduces demand level theory,accident causation chain theory and safety system theory.On this basis,this article summarizes the characteristics of coastal tourism safety and the manifestation of coastal tourism safety incidents,and constructs a basic research framework.Secondly,this article uses the content analysis method to study the coastal tourism security incidents in Shandong Province reported by the media from 2009 to 2018,and constructs a system for reporting coastal safety incidents in Shandong Province with 5 first-level categories and 40 second-level categories,analyzes from the six aspects of the time of the event,the city where the event occurred,the form of the event,the distribution of tourist elements,the relationship between the number of tourists and security events,and summarizes the causes of coastal safety incidents in Shandong Province from the perspectives of “human,machine,management,and environment”.Finally,according to the problems existing in the coastal tourism safety incident in Shandong Province,the safety management measures for coastal tourism in Shandong Province are proposed to provide a reference for improving the safety level of coastal tourism in Shandong Province.One is to strengthen safety education and training to enhance the safety awareness of tourists and practitioners,the second is to strengthen theequipment and maintenance of facilities,the third is to strengthen the management of tourism enterprises,the fourth is to improve laws and regulations,clarify responsibilities,and increase law enforcement supervision.
