Research On The Development Strategy Of Yunnan Institute Of Geology And Mineral Exploration

China is rich in mineral resources and huge in total,but its per capita quantity is seriously behind that of other countries,and it is at a disadvantage of rich and poor mineral resources.As the foundation of national economy,with the rapid development of regional economy and market economy,especially under the background of increasingly fierce competition for resources caused by the scarcity of domestic and foreign mineral resources,the development of China's mining industry will become a subject worthy of exploration.? This paper discusses the development status and development status of the mining industry,including industry size,qualification composition,revenue and expenditure structure and existing problems,so as to promote the understanding of the development potential and competitiveness of the industry.This paper mainly uses SWOT analysis method and on-site interview method to analyze the development strategy of Yunnan geological and mineral exploration institute from the aspects of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,build SWOT matrix and conduct strategic combination analysis.According to the actual situation of the geological and mineral exploration institute,choose differentiated growth strategies and science,technology and innovation growth strategies,implementation in three phases:First,lay a solid foundation and development concepts of greentech;Second,raise the management level and reserve of talents;Third,go abroad and practice the concept.Put forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of growth strategy: to strengthen the foundation of development;Promoting scientific and technological innovation and enhancing core competitiveness;Promoting management innovation and realizing standardized operation;Build a team of unity,struggle and strong execution.The study of yunnan geological and mineral exploration institute provides a reference for similar enterprise strategy formulation.
