Separating from the nature, human has taken the first step, but from then on, the relationship between man and nature becomes increasingly intense, therefore, both man and nature they pay a heavy price.With in-depth understanding of nature and their own, nowadays, people are trying to rebuild a new harmonious relationship by grasping and applying the laws of nature and restraining their own desires.The development concept of innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing enables us to find balance between the "geological environment protection and exploitation of mining resources" makes the promotion of harmonious coexistence of man and nature to be possible and necessary.Ecological environment is related to people’s livelihood and resource development related to the development, which both have equal importance on guaranteeing human’s sustainable development. Also, they should get the support and protection of the law system. My essay will clarify‘China’s geological environmental protection and exploitation of mineral resources’ from the following several aspects and let you know how to use the law to protect the equity: Firstly, analysis of the predecessors for the protection of geological environment and resource exploitation contribution, and its research results, then I establish the purpose of this study; Secondly, I collected some materials and learnt some information from our country’s various provinces and cities "geological environment protection and exploitation of mining resources" unbalanced performance obvious case list, analyzes the importance of law in the protection of geological environment and mineral resources exploitation; Thirdly, I analyzed the imbalance of the case then, I find out the reasons by law. Finally, through the case above and the analysis of reasons and based on the summary of previous research results,I got the specific measures to solve the protection of geological environment and mineral resources exploitation of equity.As China’s economic development has entered a new norm, nowadays, we pay more attention to the relationship between man and environment and resources, thus, human development activities must respect nature, comply with nature. We have the same idea that improving the environment is to improve productivity, AS for protecting geological environment, exploitation of resources is also important to green development. We should promote this by a green development way. Focus is proposed in this essay that the exploitation and protection should be in the same position, mutual restraint, mutual promote and further improve the legislation, government approval procedures, regulatory authorities, and other pre to promote a high degree in law; We ought to establish accountability system for violations,clear legal responsibility, supervise and enquire layer by layer, increase law costs, so that the mineral resource exploitation and protection of geological environment can continue in a legal and ordered way..
