The Exploration And Development Strategy Research Of CBM In Northeast China

From the point of view of the current energy situation, China’s energy development has made great achievements, but energy security issues with the rapid development of China’s economic and social and underlines.Based on current situation, stable domestic oil production,promote the rapid growth of gas production, must promote the coal bed methane, shale gas and unconventional oil and gas resources development and utilization.Original reserves northeast of coalbed methane resources in our country and development of coalbed methane in heilongjiang, jilin, liaoning provinces area development, residents have important significance.Based on the existing academic results of coalbed methane exploration and development at home and abroad as a guide, the methods of literature research, data analysis were studied.First of all, the related theory knowledge, has been clear about the concept and characteristics of coalbed methane, coalbed methane exploration methods, etc., and compares it with conventional natural gas.At the same time puts forward the concept of industry and industry strategic management, significance, and this thesis USES the theory of knowledge and theoretical research methods.Secondly, this paper analyzes the current situation of coalbed methane exploration and development at home and abroad on of the reserves and exploitation of coalbed methane at home and abroad are discussed in this paper.Again, to our country northeast of coalbed methane resources distribution in detail, the exploration situation and utilization was carried out separately, and it is concluded that the current problem of northeast China CBM industry in our country.Thorough scene investigation at the same time,through interviews, fill in the questionnaire, filtering effect on our country’s coal bed methane exploration and development in northeast China strategic choice for key factors, constructed the SWOT model, it is concluded that current our country northeast of coalbed methane exploration and development strategy for opportunity growth strategy.Finally, based on the opportunity to model growth strategy development requirement, design a specific strategic plan.
