Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Meteorological Services For Agriculture In Xinzhou City

China is a large agricultural country.Agriculture has always been the foundation of the country's economy.Agricultural production is highly dependent on the weather and climate,also can not do without the support of meteorological service.At present,the growing trend of agricultural production in China is modernized and informationized.Modern agriculture's demand for meteorological services has been increasing.Meanwhile,the extreme weather events and all kinds of meteorological uncertain affairss also became the motivating factors.Meteorological departments need to work hard to improve the ability of meteorological services for agriculture,to minimize the loss of meteorological disasters to farmers.Only in this way we can effectively guarantee the increase of farmers'output and income,consolidate the basic position of agriculture,and provide strong support for the sustainable development of agricultureThis paper adopts literature research method,comparative analysis method and empirical research method.The staff of the meteorological department at the grass-roots level,lots of farmers and agricultural related units were investigated in the investigation stage.Based on the geographical situation,climatic characteristics and occurrence regularity of agrometeorological disasters in Xinzhou City,the present situation and existing problems of meteorological service for agriculture in Xinzhou City were analyzed.Referring to the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper systematically carried out countermeasures to improve the meteorological service abilit in Xinzhou City.There are some problems in Xinzhou meteorological service for agriculture,such as the relative inadequacy of meteorological information forecasting ability,the need to strengthen the specialization and refinement of meteorological service products for agriculture,the coverage and timeliness of meteorological information release need to be improved,the construction of talent team need to be strengthened urgently,and the process of socialization of Meteorological Service for agriculture needs to be deepened.The author puts forward a series of suggestions.Such as improve meteorological services for agriculture,promote the construction of gridding meteorological service system in rural areas,and promote the socialization of meteorological services for agriculture.We should strengthen the construction of Agrometeorological talents,develop intelligent agrometeorological services based on "Internet +" and strengthen multi sectoral cooperation and exchangesThis paper puts forward some ideas and understandings on how to strengthen the construction of meteorological service system for agricultural socialization and how to promote the precision and intelligence of modern agrometeorological operation,which has certain reference value for the application of meteorological service in agricultural departments.In addition,in view of the "Internet +" intelligent agricultural meteorological services typical projects in-depth in-depth study,has certain practical value.
