Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Artificially Influencing Weather Management In Meteorological Department Of Heilongjiang Province

At present,the number of extreme weather events has increased year by year,the impact of global climate change has also intensified,and agricultural and ecological resources have also produced a series of chain reactions due to climate change,and the demand for meteorological services from agriculture and ecological resources has become more urgent.Heilongjiang Province is a large province of agriculture,forestry,and animal husbandry.It is located in the northernmost part of China.It covers a vast and complex terrain and is an ecological barrier in northeastern China and even Northeast Asia as a whole.With the new demand of modern society for meteorological services,higher requirements have been put forward for weather modification services.From the perspective of public management,this article reviews the historical context and significance of weather modification development,introduces the current research status of weather modification at home and abroad,elaborates the concepts related to weather modification,and explores the effects of weather modification in Heilongjiang Province.The existing problems and causes analysis proposed the development suggestions and implementation strategies for improving the level of weather modification in Heilongjiang Province.
