The socialization of meteorological services is an important part of the country's service system reform and is the main direction of public weather service reform.To develop social meteorology,it is necessary to provide meteorological services to the general public from a meteorological department alone,and to meteorological departments and relevant organizations of the whole society to provide meteorological services to the public.The essence is to change from department meteorology to social meteorology.By enhancing the flexibility and adaptability of the meteorological service supply structure to changes in demand,we will focus on the reform and innovation of the main supply,governance structure,business,products,and channels,and promote the structural reform of the supply side of meteorological services,so as to create a mass business for meteorological services.Many innovations provide support.This paper summarizes and analyzes the meteorological warning information coverage,meteorological disaster prevention and reduction benefits,public satisfaction,and meteorological equipment levels in China for the years from 2011 to 2016,and summarizes the meteorological services with the rapid economic and social development of the country in recent years.The remarkable results achieved.In view of the important role played by our country's meteorological services in disaster prevention and reduction in rural areas,the combination of the Yongchuan model and the Deqing model that emerged from basic meteorological service practice,we focused on the discussion of rural meteorological disaster prevention systems and the construction of agro-meteorological service system.Based on the meteorological warning information coverage,meteorological disaster prevention and reduction benefits,public satisfaction,meteorological equipment and other indicators,with reference to meteorological modernization goals,the necessity and feasibility of the development of social meteorology was analyzed,and the provision of public meteorological service provision and open weather was proposed.Service market,strengthen the supervision of meteorological service market,strengthen meteorological institution's support to meteorological service of the whole society,and other basic ideas for the development of social weather.Through research,combined with the current status of China's meteorological service system,we propose to realize meteorological information through comprehensively opening the market for meteorological information services,expanding the scope of meteorological information data sharing,improving meteorological information and data service methods,and strengthening the integration with other industry data.Socialization of services;socialization of meteorological equipment technology support through measures tailored to local conditions and classifications;meteorology for the socialization of agricultural services by striving for policy support at all levels of government,cultivating meteorology as the main body of agricultural service market,and promoting Internet + weather as agricultural services.
