With the rapid development of science and technology,the enterprise development strategy is a major problem that needs careful choice in the international and domestic competitive environment,and it is also the key factor to decide the vitality of an enterprise.H company in Gangzhou is a high-tech communications company,which main business are the intelligent integrated system and relevant trainings.In recent years,the market advantage is gradually weakened from early entry into the field of intelligence industry.Facing complex competition and huge development opportunities and challenges of the pattern of "Internet +",it is the important topic for an enterprise to seriously be considered and investigated,how to explore the future direction,develop the scientific strategy and maintain lasting vitality in the rapidly changing information and dynamic market situation.This research focus on the development strategy of H company with the theoretical knowledge and methods of strategic management including the following five research parts.First of all,the background and significance of the research are elaborated based on the related literatures.According to the present research progress of strategic management theories and intelligent communication field,the research ideas,methods and main contents are determined.Secondly,the external environment of H company is analyzed.PEST method is applied to inspect the enterprise's external politics,economy,social culture and technology environment and then Porter's five competitive model is operated to inspect H company's competitive environment.Also,the development opportunities and the environment are analyzed with the SWOT method and the overall external environment of the enterprise is quantitatively evaluated using the external factor evaluation matrix(EFE).Thirdly,the internal conditions of H company are analyzed.The core competitiveness such as enterprise resources and technology elements are deeply exploited and the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises are discovered by SWOT analysis.At the same time,the internal environment of enterprise is quantified using internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE).On the basis of the overall analysis of enterprise strategy through SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix analysis,the best development strategy is determined from the strategy options,which is diversification strategy.Furthermore,the company's positioning,vision,goal and the future development strategies at macro and functional levels are designed.Finally,security measures for the effective implementation of enterprise development strategy are offered on the six aspects of the company's organizational structure,human resources,cultural construction,marketing channels,product set and technical innovation,so as to provide a theoretical and practical basis for establishment and improvement of future strategic management system of H company,also offer effective reference for the strategic management of similar companies.
