With the continuous integration and deepening of economic globalization,competition in is intensifying in all walks of life.The logistics industry,as a service industry serving many industries,also maintains rapid growth.Since the L logistics company has been founded in 2009,it provides production parts storage and distribution,post-production vehicle storage and transportation,and other professional logistics supporting services for automobile factory,thus it has rich experience in logistics industry.With changes in the programme of logistics pattern made by the automobile factory,the warehousing and distribution business which are originally in the charge of L logistics company is changed to be managed by the component suppliers themselves,and then transported to the automobile factory,the scale of warehousing and distribution business of L logistics company will be greatly reduced.Due to its nature of single customer group,L logistics company is highly depend on the automobile factory,the change in the logistic pattern leading to sharply fallen in the volume of business which bring new challenges to the L logistics company.Several burning questions arise here,such as how to deal with the new situation? How to make strategic transformation in complex environment considering the enterprise itself and how to maintain the core competitiveness of the business?With analyzing the macro environment of the company with PEST model,using the swot analysis method to analyze the company's internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities and threats,and the competitive situation of the company is further analyzed and studied systematically by using porter's five model,at the same time,researches on strategic transformation for L logistics company has been conducted based on the strategic management theory,strategic transformation theory,to make strategic balance to the change of internal and external conditions and make strategic transformation strategy and measures suitable for L logistics company.The strategic transformation of logistics companies can be considered from several aspects,such as setting of strategic objectives,dividing the stage of strategic transformation,making strategy of strategic transformation and implementing safeguard measures.Considering the industry,market which it operates in and the company itself,the strategic transformation target of L logistics company is to transform from an enterprise providing production supporting logistics service for a single automobile factory to a professional automobile logistics service enterprise providing integrated and full-value chain for market customers.According to the environment analysis and strategic transformation target of L logistics company,to make strategic transformation scheme sucha as business module deepening,supply chain integration,horizontal customer development,horizontal collaborative logistics,exploration of new forms.It further formulated the human resource,corporate culture,financial management,and other aspects of security measures,in order to promote strategic transformation successfully.It is hoped that this research can provide practical significance for strategic transformation for L logistics company.
