| SD Logistics Co.,Ltd.invested in the construction of SD steel logistics park in Xiangfang District of Harbin City.It adopted the horizontal integration strategy to expand,and aspired to become the largest comprehensive steel logistics platform in Heilongjiang Province.However,the combined effect of the adjustment of the national macro-policy and the change of the main customer policy makes the company's current strategy unable to continue to implement.The relevant data of the Fifth National Logistics Park(Base)Survey Repo rt(2018)in 2018 show that China's logistics parks have a good development trend at present.Affected by the supporting policies of the state,the rapid development of e-commerce industry and the promotion of personalized online shopping demand,e-commerce logistics park has become the main development direction of logistics park.Based on the current strategy implementation and the mainstream development trend of domestic logistics parks,the company adjusted the strategy of integrated logistics platform of raw steel to the strategy of commercial logistics parks.This paper takes SD company's strategic transformation as the research object.Firstly,it introduces the development trend of domestic logistics parks,and studies the related theories of strategic transformation and commercial logistics at home and abroad.On this basis,the characteristics of SD company and the original strategy are analyzed,and the reasons why the original strategy of SD company can not be implemented actively are summarized.Through the analysis of external environment and internal competitive advantage of SD company's strategic transformation,it is considered that it is feasible to adjust the strategy of raw steel integrated logistics platform to the strategy of commercial logistics park.And determine the company's strategic objectives,overall strategy,departmental strategy.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy after the transformation,a detailed and appropriate implementation plan has been formulated in the part of strategy implementation and guarantee.Preliminary preparations have been made actively,the ownership structure has been adjusted,and measures such as risk control,personnel training and management,and the application of modern logis tics technology have been emphasized.SD company,as the representative of traditional logistics park,has certain universality and representativeness.The strategic transformation scheme of e-commerce logistics park proposed in this paper provides reference and guidance for the strategic transformation and implementation of the same type of logistics park. |
