Study On The Problem Of Auto Parts Logistics Development In S Company

In recent years,along with the improvement of living standards,the demand of auto increased significantly.The increase of auto sales not only drove the development of logistics market of auto parts,but also put higher requirements on the logistics service in automotive industry.The logistics of auto parts is the key point to ensure the efficient production in assembly plant,hence the standard of logistics service is getting much stricter.As a result,the development of auto parts logistics is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In order to seize the opportunity of this development and to better meet the requirements of assembly plants,auto parts production companies need to enhance the level of logistics services through technological innovation and service innovation,and also need to create their own brand images,as well as enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper expounds the related theories of logistics in automotive industry.Based on this and my own working experiences,the paper makes a brief analysis of the main problems in the development of logistics in automotive industry and auto parts logistics.According to the current situation of S company,the paper analyzes the problem occurred in logistics in S company.Considering the status of automotive logistics and automotive parts logistics in China,this paper puts forward a comprehensive optimized management suggestion,which is based on modern transportation,warehousing,storage,handling,loading & unloading and logistics information,such as optimizing logistics information,improving ERP system,monitoring of JIS transport,logistics facilities construction,lean logistics,as well as outsourcing some logistics process.At last,this paper proposes integrated construction and intelligent logistics as the future development trends of logistics in S company.
