With the technology and cultural factors of Industry 4.0 deepening into enterprise process,manufacturers need to conduct supplier differentiated management based on traditional supplier management to strengthen their core competitiveness and establish competitive advantage in the new round of market competition.Industry 4.0 bring forward following requirements for manufacturers: implement intelligent production to reduce labor costs,green production to conform sustainable development strategy,flexible production to meet the personalized and diverse needs of final customers.The requirements are also the manufacturer's requirement to supplier under extending upwards.Based on the background of Industry 4.0 which was born in the Re-Industrialization movement,research demonstrates the necessity of supplier differentiated management,has strong theoretical basis and practical significance.Firstly,construct foundation of research.Introduce research background,significance,method and innovation,review the historical development of Industry 4.0 and build framework for Industry 4.0.At the same time,starting from supply chain management with the principle of step by step,bring in the development and process of supplier management,then through the literature review of Industry 4.0 and supplier management,summarize relevant factors of supplier differentiated management.Secondly,build models.Drawing on the relatively mature questionnaire,20 factors in 5 dimensions of supplier differentiated management were extracted from literature review and industry in-depth interviews,and questionnaires were designed.Then,using R language as statistical analysis software,the empirical analysis of 125 valid survey results recovered was conducted.The main contents are correlation coefficient diagram,factor analysis gravel map,load matrix diagram,factor analysis diagram,and reliability analysis.Finally,according to the results of data analysis,supplier differentiated management system is constructed under the background of Industry 4.0,and key factors are discussed on the basis of establishing the material classification model.It was concluded that,due to human and material resources,it is impossible and no need for manufacturers to maintain the same relationship with all suppliers.Therefore,manufacturers need to conduct materials classifying management,then formulate differentiated management strategies for different suppliers of different materials.Finally,case study.Taking a Sino-German joint venture manufacturing enterprise,HG company as a representative on the basis of supplier differentiated management system under the background of Industry 4.0,problems in the supplier differentiated management process are analyzed and countermeasures are put forward,effectiveness of the model is further demonstrated.
