Research On LED Lighting Supplier Management For Foreign Trade Company W

With the development of global economy and LED technology,competition pressures in LED lighting industry is increasing.enterprises have to face competitive pressures to shorten delivery time,improve product quality,reduce cost,improve service quality and enhance their ability.therefore,how to improve the competitiveness of enterprise supply chain management become the problem that the led enterprise can continue to survive and develop.Especially for LED trade company,only by strengthen the supplier management ability,then they can enhance their own competitiveness.and also improve its position in the supply chain.This paper intends to study LED lighting supplier management of foreign trade company W,based on relevant literature research and theory,and use LED lighting supplier of trade company W as the research object.Firstly,expounds the basic concepts and theory of supplier management,analysis the content of the supplier management.then choose LED lighting industries as the research case.Based on the case of trade company W,analysis the present situation of W company's LED lighting supplier management,points out that W company's supplier selection is too subjective and evaluation index is not perfect;Supplier classification is not reasonable,such as no distinction and no key management;the quality control process is not perfect and business performance management evaluation index is not reasonable.point out the necessity of improve the supplier management of company W.In order to establish supplier management mechanism of W company,Based on the problems of company W supplier management,have to optimization from the following issues : the supplier selection,the supplier classification management,supply quality control and performance optimization of management.in the hope of company W can enhance their market competitiveness through their own supplier management optimization.
