Under the background of economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, the operating environment of enterprises is constantly derived and changed, the market environment is becoming more and more complex, the uncertain factors are also increasing, customer’s needs are more and more personalized and diversified. Product updates faster and faster, more and more short life cycle. Under the existing competitive environment, it is difficult for the company to be isolated from the supply chain. The success of the enterprise is based on the theory of resource dependence, which emphasizes the acquisition of key resources. As the participants of the market competition, not only need to manage their business, but also to see each other’s needs, more quality services to their customers.As a quality and innovation as the survival of enterprises, Supplier management is the first step in the supply chain, management directly determines the efficiency of the entire supply chain operation, relation the enterprises in the market competition status. Thus supplier management has attracted more and more attention from the enterprise. So how to better manage the suppliers to improve the quality of products has become a new task faced by enterprises.This thesis is concerned with the application of supplier management in DYT company under the idea of supply chain management, According to the theory of supply chain management and supplier management. Now the company has been using the ERP system, VMI, JIT inventory management, TQM, order type production conditions and methods. From the supplier selection evaluation, process control evaluation and performance evaluation and other aspects of the DYT supplier management program is described in this thesis, mainly includes the classification of suppliers for each important demand layer, about supplier relationship, dynamic management and quality management of supplier evaluation and selection. Aiming at the problems of improving supplier integration scheme, including supplier evaluation and selection, supplier management strategy, new supplier development process, supplier performance evaluation, supplier relationship management, supplier’s incentive and control, etc..In this thesis, using the principle of analytic hierarchy process, Aiming at the existing problems, improvement of supplier integration scheme, To rich supplier evaluation and selection scheme, supplier management strategy, new supplier development process, supplier performance evaluation, supplier relationship management, supplier’s incentive and control, etc. Under the supply chain environment, risk assessment was done for selecting supplies to find a line with the current demand management scheme.Finally, through the analysis and practical application of the supplier selection in DYT company, draw relevant conclusions. Using chromatography analysis method, it can provide an effective solution for the choice of factors and the system under the influence of the supplier. Method of enriching DYT company in supplier selection, to further improve the management efficiency.
