Agile Supply Chain Construction And Management Research Of SW Textile Trade Company

In recent years, with China’s rapid economic development, labor wage level increasing gradually, the continuous appreciation of the RMB, business costs rising, the international competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises in China has been greatly reduce by low cost advantage. At present, the competition of this industry is not limited to domestic. Emerging developing countries with lower labor costs attract a large number of foreign customers and retailers, which will undoubtedly cause great impact on China’s foreign trade enterprise. Now foreign trade enterprises in China are facing a great challenge, the market competition is the supply chain and supply chain competition. Improving the international competitiveness will be of vital importance to the foreign trade enterprises.This paper analyzed the current characteristics and management requirements of textile and apparel supply chain in China; pointed out that the textile trade enterprises have to implement agile supply chain management, in order to enhance the core competitiveness and quick response to the foreign market.This paper analyzed SW company current business development and current situation of supply chain management, pointed out the main problems existing in the business process of SW company. SW company can implement the agile supply chain construction and management with the theories of business process re-engineering, customer and supplier management, supplier relationship managements. In the end, the test discussed the supplier selection and evaluation, the performance evaluation of supply chain,In the age of economic globalization, textile trade enterprises must enhance the core competitiveness; obtain competition advantage in the market. Therefore we must focus on establishing the agile supply chain management system.
