W Company Y Factory Operation Strategy Research

With the Chinese people living standard improvement,the candy consuming is growing at a high speed.The huge candy market attracted lots of companies,they are not only including the native companies but also world famous companies.W company is one of them.Although W company owns a great part of candy market,but facing such a challenging market,W company is also facing great challenges.Y factory is one sub company of W company,and it is also a world class production base that W company wants to build.Y factory needs to build up its own operation strategy to lead the future development and support the business of W company.The operation strategy of Y factory needs to comply with the development strategy of W company,and also needs to consider its own condition and resources.This thesis sets Y factory as the research target,considering the problems it meets,to implement the research on its future operation and developments.First,by studying the theories of company strategy and operation strategy,try to find the theoretical analysis method and model.Second,analysis the operation environment of Y factory using the PEST SWOT etc.model for assistance.The analysis includes external environment analysis such as macro environment and industry environment analysis etc.,and internal environment analysis such as asset condition,organization structure,human resource,brand resource,factory organization capability etc.By these analysis,trying to find out the current resources and weakness.Third,according the operation environment analysis,Y factory operation strategy is set,that is: build up an excellent manufacturing base from the dimension of 3GP,to support W company achieving sales target and business extending target.The operation strategy was subdivided to detail target from 3 GP aspects.Also the operation strategy implement plan and assurance steps are also analyzed to support the strategy smooth launch.At the end is the conclusion to the operation strategy research.
