Therefore, it is necessary to study the development strategy of Chinese furniture enterprises.Based on strategic management, enterprise strategic management and sustainable development, this paper analyzes the FX furniture factory in Jinghong Industrial Park as an example, based on the analysis of documents, case analysis, field survey and other research methods. This paper aims to provide guidance and help for the strategic development of FX furniture factory in Jinghong Industrial Park.
