With the progress of economy globalization, the situation of resource shortage in China has already leads some companies to carry on a"going out"strategy to manage their business abroad. Lu Kuang is one of these pioneers. A deep research on the international strategy of LuKuang can set an example for the other mining companies which are planning to execute their own international strategies. Conclusions of this paper are as follows:1. Literature review. The foreign theories include: international management strategy, country competition advantage, Porter's five forces model, and SWOT. The domestic part includes the research of the international management of Chinese companies and the development strategy of mining companies.2. Review on the history of the international management progress of Chinese mining companies and the introduction of both the history and the present status of Lu Kuang. 3. Analysis of the outer factors of the international management on Lu Kuang using the PEST method and Porter's five forces model, including macro and industrial factors. 4. Analysis of the inner factors of the international management on Lu Kuang using the SWOT method.5. Enaction of the international management strategy for Lu Kuang. Based on the principles of incubating a core competition advantage and multi-development, this paper presents suggestions by these ways: occupy overseas mining resource, market globalization, human resource globalization, technology globalization, strategy cooperation relationship, financing from international channels, and overseas acquisition.I hope my research can help Lu Kuang to enact an effective international management strategy and give inspiration to the domestic companies.
