Since the beginning of twenty-first Century,with the rapid development of science and technology,the formation of the global information network and the global market and the acceleration of technological change,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.How to effectively manage the supplier’s management is the core part of the enterprise’s competitive advantage.Through the transformation and integration of business processes with supplies,partners and customers,together with the dynamic business partners to establish collaborative alliances in order to optimize the overall principle of social resources,in cooperation to achieve inter-enterprise competition.In this paper,the theory and method of supply chain management are used to study the supplier evaluation and selection of medical device A Company.Based on the theory of supplier management and supply chain management,this paper first analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of the supplier management of medical device A Company,the main problems of the company’s supplier management are found,including the no-reasonable supplier selection process,the supplier evaluation standard not objective,procurement confusion,internal communication not smooth,and so on.Secondly,based on the theory of supply chain management,the paper designs the evaluation and selection method of the suppliers of medical device A Company.Based on analytic hierarchy process,the index system of supplier evaluation of medical device A Company is established,and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze and evaluate the supplier selection.Finally,the supplier management under the supply chain of the medical device A Company is studied,and the strategy of supplier management under the supply chain is put forward.It points out that the construction of the system has brought about the improvement of suppliers management and the improvement of management efficiency.The research of this paper has an important application value for the medical device A Company to carry out efficient supplier evaluation and selection,improve the speed of the operation of the company’s funds,and reduce the inventory. |
