Delicacy Financial Management Of B&B Industry In China

Currently,ecological tourism and personalized tourism all over the world have aroused extensive attention and grown rapidly.Against the background,China's domestic B&B industry has also developed in an explosive manner in recent years.Due to the low threshold for entering the industry,the fast expanding speed and the lack of high demands for practitioners,a large number of B&Bs have exposed a plural of management problems and financial risks in their operations.However,the increasing fierce competition,the limited business level of managers and the simple financial accounting will all become the stumbling blocks to restrict the development of B&B quarters and their proper management.First of all,this paper introduces the characteristics and implementation paths of delicacy financial management.Through retrospecting the historical developing proceeding and background of the domestic B&B industry,it describes the current status of the B&B industry and elaborates the development characteristics and management status of different types in depth.A few problems existing in the financial management of B&B industry at this stage are thoroughly analyzed,as well as the necessity and implementation paths of delicacy financial management of B&B industry.Moreover,how to gradually transform the financial management mode from the originally extensive type is discussed in order to realize the significance of financial management to assist the management in decision-making.Last but not least,the paper takes Beijing Y Resort Hotel as an example to arrange and analyze the financial data of that hotel by means of delicacy financial management,in an attempt to provide some precious management suggestions for the operators by using the analysis results.The research shows that financial delicacy management can provide feedback of management results,risk hints of weak links and data support for decision-making.It is an important management tool for sustainable and stable operation and development of residential industry.There are few literatures on the combination of B&B and financial management around the worldwide,and the existing delicacy financial management literature and hotel financial management literature have limited reference significance.Through the combination of delicacy financial management and B&B characteristics,this paper expands the scope of B&B industry research with theoretical significance,combined with practical significance,for the implementation of delicacy financial management in B&B industry to provide a practical path for reference.with a view to benefiting the progress of financial management in B&B industry.
