Delicacy Management Research On The Power Plant Of Tangsteel

The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the delicacy management applied to thepower plant of Tangsteel and find out the existing problems and insufficiency in theprocess of application and then put forward the improvement project of delicacymanagement. The paper states how to use the5S、TPM and lean production to improve thefield management, equipment management and safety production management level sothat they can achieve the improvement of delicacy management level. According to thecharacteristics of this subject, the research methods involve the investigation, comparativeanalysis and the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.First, the concept of delicacy management is defined and expounds the currentdevelopment of domestic and foreign enterprises. The paper focuses on the three scientificmanagement of5S, TPM and lean manufacture which can promote the delicacymanagement level effectively. At the same time, it puts forward the delicacy managementis the inevitable choice to improve the enterprise management level and the quality ofwork, the competitive power and to win the initiative market competition and achieve thelongterm development of the enterprises as well.Secondly, the paper analyzes the status of development of delicacy management inTangsteel. In the second half of2010, Tangsteel has formulated “The opinion of delicacymanagement implementation in Tangsteel power plants”and carried out within the scopeof the whole Tangsteel step by step and achieve the success preliminary. But there is still agap we need to improve which can’t achieve the goal of delicacy management withimperfect management system and the lack of scientific and effective management modein the implementation process of the delicacy managementThen, in view of the problems and defects existing in the implementation of delicacymanagement in the Tangsteel power plants then put forward the project design forimprove the delicacy management by consummating the delicacy management system andthe use of scientific advance method and building the good environment of fullparticipation.Finally, puts forward the security measures of the implementation in delicacy management and focus on the description of perfect management system and improveenterprise implementation and strengthen guarantee measures of inspection andexamination with that to ensure improve the field management and the management levelof equipment and safety production and finally achieve the overall ascension of delicacymanagement level.
