Research On The Application Of Delicacy Management In Shipping Enterprises

The shipping industry is the basic industry of our national economy,the position in the national economy is increasing,is an important part of the national economy,has a very important significance for China's economic growth,expanding domestic demand,adjusting structure,promoting the sustained and steady development of the national economy,but also play a pivotal role.With the opening of the shipping market and the further deepening of the degree of finance,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,and the shipping enterprises in our country are facing the unprecedented challenge.In 2008 the outbreak of the financial crisis swept the world,due to the sharp reduction of international trade,supply reduction,the ship goods less embarrassing situation.Therefore,timely reflection of shipping enterprise management,especially for the further research on the mode of internal management,strengthening fine management,and further enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,to help enterprises to spend the winter and realize the sustainable development of China's shipping enterprises.This paper is divided into seven chapters,mainly through the present situation of the shipping market leads to describe the background and significance of the fine management of the shipping enterprise,and makes a detailed description on the theory and the meaning of fine management,and combining with the characteristics of shipping enterprises,starting from the cost control,risk management,human resource management,informatization construction of some key links through the analysis of the problems,explore the causes of the problems,and from their own potential,through the implementation of fine management,fine management mode to explore the shipping enterprise,in order to make the shipping enterprises in China in the slowdown in demand,overcapacity,rising costs,tariff decline grim situation,through the self to enhance the way,benefit from management,so as to achieve the purpose of lowering the efficiency,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,enterprises realize the low rise goal.
