China's foreign contracted projects have made a leap-forward development in the past 30 years.More and more Chinese engineering companies are rushing to the tide of foreign engineering contracting projects.China's foreign contracting projects are becoming an unique driving force of global economic integration.Under the aura of outstanding performance of the Chinese engineering company's foreign contracted projects,there is an increasing increase in international engineering logistics costs with this leap-forward growth.The reason is that many companies focus on the project's acceptance and implementation but lack of proper understanding of international engineering logistics,and ignore the possible consequences of its risk factors during the implementation of foreign contracted projects.As a result,some Chinese engineering companies have no plans to take emergency measures in the process of implementing foreign engineering projects and they have taken timely measures to make them in a state of laissez-faire and out of control.The author combines years of experience in the implementation of international engineering logistics for foreign contracted projects,and selects the risk dynamic management of international engineering logistics during the implementation of foreign contracted projects as a research object to helps project managers of Chinese engineering companies to deepen.The deepening of the level is aimed at the basic principles of international engineering logistics and its dynamic risk management.It uses the philosophy that “internal factors determine external factors and external factors act through internal factors”,and treats international engineering logistics as a system.Through analyze its risk dynamic management The basic principles of internal power and external power,and the introduction of PDCA cycle theory to try to help Chinese engineering companies to build a risk dynamic management model of international engineering logistics system to effectively control and reduce the impact of risk factors on international engineering logistics which can reduce the proportion of international engineering logistics in the process of external contracting projects.In turn,the ability of Chinese engineering companies to dynamically manage international engineering logistics risks in the implementation of foreign contracted projects can be improved.
