Internal Control Research On State-Owned Power Engineering Enterprises

Firstly, reviewed prior research results, this paper set forth the theory of internal control in both the domestic and the foreign field. Then, the important functions of internal control, such as regularize the behaviour of accounting, Maintain the safety and integrity of asset and so on, are introduced in order to display the meaning of this research on state-owned power engineering enterprises. Secondly, it exposes the deficiencies of internal control, including the different educational level of leaders and workers, etc. On the basis of this, it points out the difficulties and problems of internal control in state-owned power engineering enterprises at length. Corresponding methods are analysed to give the managers useful suggestions, which could let internal control play an important role in management. Finally, the conclusions tell that internal control could promote business and bring about prosperity, which should be payed much attention to in state-owned power engineering enterprises.
