| As an important member of China’s "going out" strategy,Chinese electric power engineering enterprises,in the process of promoting internationalization,are affected by changes in the external environment such as international political turmoil and the serious impact of the new epidemic on the global economic situation,which makes it difficult for electric power engineering enterprises to expand their international engineering business.In this situation,power engineering enterprises to expand market share,increase enterprise turnover,long based on the international market,not only to deal with the external environment,but also to adaptively integrate the internal and external resources of enterprises,quickly put forward targeted development strategies to respond to rapid changes in the situation.Therefore,how to improve the dynamic ability of enterprises has become an important issue faced by many power engineering enterprises.This paper takes electric power engineering enterprises as the main body of research,and on the basis of sorting out and analyzing the related theoretical research and development status,conducts in-depth research on the problems related to dynamic capabilities.Firstly,through the reading and summarizing of relevant literature,the dynamic ability is comprehensively analyzed and summarized,and the dynamic ability is deconstructed into the dual ability of opportunity exploration ability and opportunity development ability.At the same time,it is divided into environmental perception,resource integration,network relationship,There are five dimensions of organizational learning and organizational flexibility.At the same time,the dual capabilities and the connotations included in the five dimensions are sorted out,and correlation indicators are set for them,and the theoretical model and index system of enterprise dual dynamic capabilities are constructed according to relevant research.Secondly,collect and organize effective data by means of questionnaire survey,and conduct validity test and reliability and validity test on the relevant data of the questionnaire;at the same time,based on the samples recovered from the questionnaire,the structural equation model is used for empirical analysis to explore the dual dynamics of enterprises.The relationship between capability and firm’s sustainable competitive advantage.Finally,taking China Power Construction Corporation as an example,combined with the dual dynamic capability model of the enterprise,the construction process of the dynamic capability of the enterprise is demonstrated.It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for enterprises to enhance their sustainable competitive advantages by improving their dynamic capabilities,and provide a reference for power engineering enterprises to choose their own survival and development methods in the international market.Through this study,it can provide a basis for the theoretical study of dual dynamic capabilities of electric power engineering enterprises,and at the same time help all kinds of international electric power engineering enterprises in the actual process,combine different market demands and internal and external influencing factors such as their own development status,clarify the direction of enterprise dynamic capabilities enhancement,adjust the content of enterprise dynamic capabilities construction. |
