With the rapid development of the international wind power market,more and more wind power generators were exported by Chinese wind power enterprise.Most of the generators were exported in general contracted project mode,Chinese wind power enterprise shall be responsible for engineering,procurement and construction of the project as general contractor.However,the overseas projects are international,complex,dynamic,different projects with high risk.The risk management ability and experience of Chinese wind power enterprise is too weak to execute and finish the project.In this thesis,based on literature research,the character of general contracted international wind power project are summarized,suitable risk estimation method are selected.Jhimpir project is a typical and representative international wind power project.The risks of Jhimpir are sorted and overall project risk is assessed as the both results of identification by WBS-RBS matrix and analysis by AHP and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then the suitable risk treatment plan and dynamic risk monitoring system is created.The conclusion of the thesis is that WBS-RBS matrix,AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are complementary and compatibility,the results of risk identification and analysis by them is clear and reliable.Based on it,Chinese wind power enterprise can create risk management system for general contracted international wind power project.
