Organizational commitment is an important manifestation of organizational management behavior in contemporary enterprises.It not only reflects the employees' psychological attitude and loyalty to the enterprise,but also determines the effectiveness and reliability of the internal management system.According to the survey data,the organizational commitment of the employees of the state-owned enterprises that were once regarded as “iron rice bowls” is gradually decreasing,and in the current market economy system is relatively perfect,the traditional model-led state-owned enterprises are still in the interests of employees.There are various problems in handling,and it has caused dissatisfaction among employees in economic,emotional and ideal beliefs.As a result,the organizational commitment of state-owned enterprises has been reduced,and the reduction of employee organizational commitment is extremely dangerous for state-owned enterprises.It not only affects the core competitiveness of the enterprise,but also has a very negative impact on the realization of its performance benefits.Therefore,for state-owned enterprises,how to effectively improve the organizational commitment level of employees to achieve longer-term development of enterprises is an important issue facing state-owned enterprises.This article takes this as the research direction.Firstly,it systematically organizes and analyzes the relevant theoretical research on the organizational commitment of state-owned enterprise employees.Based on this,it selects A enterprise as the research object,and through the questionnaire survey and the actual interview research method to A enterprise.A relatively comprehensive analysis of the current organizational commitment of employees.In actual research,it can be found that although A company is a state-owned enterprise with relatively mature scale and system,its employees' overall organizational commitment level is generally good,especially in terms of economic commitment,emotional commitment and ideal commitment.Low,and this also reflects the dissatisfaction of A company employees in their current salary and salary,self-value realization and emotional and human care.This aspect is due to the limited system of state-owned enterprises,and on the other hand,because the company lacks sufficient attention to employees,so based on the problems and deficiencies reflected in the survey of the status quo of employee organization commitment,this article focuses on emotional commitment.The three aspects of economic commitment and ideal commitment are targeted to propose corresponding optimization and improvement suggestions,improve the salary level of employees,give employees more emotional care and work trust,and provide employees with more reasonable promotion and development space.Pay more attention to the interests of employees,and further improve the safeguard measures of employee organization commitments in terms of cultural construction,system construction and behavior management,so as to comprehensively improve the organizational commitment level of state-owned enterprise employees,thereby effectively enhancing the cohesiveness and centripetal force of state-owned enterprises.
