| With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,human resources with professional knowledge and skills become more and more important in the stage of enterprise development.The organizational commitment of employee directly affects the flow of enterprise personnel,thus affecting the benefits and future development trend of enterprises.Organizational commitment is a kind of emotional experience that employees have an understanding and recognition of the existing development concept,work system and standard of the enterprise after working for a period of time,and they have an expectation for the future development trend of the enterprise.The stronger the employee’s organizational commitment,the greater their sense of responsibility and pride.Which urges them to devote themselves to production and management.While completing the work tasks in a timely and excellent manner,it can also continuously improve the growth plan in accordance with the needs of the company and individuals,and realize the good coexistence and common development of employees and enterprises.Based on the research on employees’ sense of organizational commitment by relevant scholars at home and abroad,this paper divides the factors affecting employees’ sense of organizational commitment from three aspects: individuals,organizations and work,that is,individual factors involving demographic variables,organizational factors involving corporate top-level design,and other factors related to specific work.Taking the employees of WH company,a local SME enterprise,as the research object,the data related to the sense of organizational commitment of employees of WH company were obtained through questionnaire.Based on the analysis of SPSS20.0 and Microsoft Excel,the comprehensive analysis and research on the sense of organizational commitment of employees of WH company were conducted.In order to improve employees’ sense of organizational commitment,incentive policies are proposed from the perspectives of management system,internal communication,meeting employees’ needs and building a harmonious enterprise. |
