Under the great situation of national economic transformation,the reform of state-owned enterprises has been deepened.The reform has brought vitality and impetus to enterprises,improved the management efficiency of enterprises and increased economic benefits.At the same time,the reform also promoted the efficiency of the state-owned enterprises to reduce the number of people,preventing the loss of core talents and strengthening the introduction of high-quality talents to become a concern of enterprises.As the key of enterprise development,enterprise employees are also the main body of enterprise management and operation,giving full play to the subjective initiative of employees,which is the basic condition for improving management level and improving management efficiency.Therefore,it is one of the key points in the field of enterprise management to explore the needs of enterprise workers and establish effective incentive mechanism.In modern enterprise management,the corporate resident usually has three aspects: the treatment person,the career person,the emotional person.In treatment of recognition level,as an important part of the compensation,employee benefits is one of the major factors of enterprise employees demand of economy,the focus has always been a worker,to a large extent influence the acquisition and loyalty of the employees.In terms of career retention,job satisfaction directly affects the attitude and investment degree of enterprise employees,and determines the recognition of career.At the level of emotional retention,organizational commitment level reflects the enterprises' employees' consideration of various aspects and is also one of the main factors of personnel changes.Therefore,research on employee welfare,job satisfaction and organizational commitment has a very important role in strengthening human resource management and implementing talent planning.Based on the literature review,policy research and case analysis method,from the employee benefits,job satisfaction and organizational commitment from three aspects,the system elaborated the employee benefits,job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the connotation of the concept,theoretical model and measurement tools,which raises the employee benefits,the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment,deeply analyze the employee benefits and influence on organizational commitment,job satisfaction in a state-owned enterprise as an example,illustrates the state-owned enterprises at present,for employee benefits,job satisfaction and organizational commitment theory of practical application situation and the problems we are facing.
