Facing the current development of Chinese Insurance Industry,A insurance company has formed a unique agent management mechanism and promoted the rapid business development,which references the AIA insurance company and many domestic insurance companies on the basis of individual marketing management.But in present,it exposed many of the problems of the mechanism,which were dissatisfaction with service for four consecutive years;the loss of 24 agents each month was 93.2%,only 6.8%of the agents worked the retention rate of more than two years.Agent of such a high turnover rate makes the insurance company in a "Recruitment-loss-to recruit-then the loss of' vicious circle.A insurance agent is an important part of development of insurance companies;high turnover rate of insurance agents have formed a very unstable employment situation and increased insurance costs for duplication of investment in agent training and have became led insurance companies to large swings in operating costs to continue rising,declining in life insurance market share and other negative effects,like serious impacts on the development of insurance companies.Therefore,this article studies the problem derived of insurance company agents like a line that conducts the following research.(1)From the paper research background,goal,significance,research application aspects and so on method that has made as a comprehensive outline to the full text.(2)Introducing staff degree of satisfaction,drive and salary theories,and utilize them to drawn in the question research about insurance company agents.(3)Managing the present situation of insurance companies to obtain,toward the harm analysis through specific insurance company agents,the degree of satisfaction with the application of a questionnaire survey to the agents,the collection,organization and the correlation of the data.Utilizes the system engineering of fuzzy evaluation law and,by comparison test and analysis of the data,obtaining the agent degree of satisfaction that influence the factors of job satisfaction ranking,obtaining that salary system score is the lowest factor,followed by job opportunities in the labor market and,finally,the career plan.(4)According to the assessment of factors which influence the agents' satisfaction degrees,put forward the proposals and measures to the insurance company's compensation management and evaluate the effects of the new compensation system.(5)Put forward suggestions and corresponding measures to the agents' recruitment and career planning,provide guidance and reference model to the establishment and improvement of agents'management.The agents' attrition has shown a continuous tendency.Thus,accurately grasping the main reasons for the loss of agents and actively taking measures can fundamentally improve the agents' loyalty and reduce the turnover rates,which is of positively and practically significant for insurance companies to adapt to market competitions and obtain effective and sustainable development.In addition,it also provides reference for the management system of China's life insurance agents.
